Questions
Before you reach out
How do I know which therapist to choose?
Start with what you’d like help with, how you’d like to meet and how you’ll pay. The Find a therapist page narrows the list. If you’re unsure, ask for a free consultation and we’ll suggest someone.
What happens on the free consultation call?
It’s a 15-minute phone or video call. You can ask about the therapist’s approach, availability and fees, and share a little about what brings you in. There’s no obligation to book.
How soon can I be seen?
Most of our clinicians see new clients within ten days. Each profile shows the next opening or whether there’s a waitlist.
Do you take insurance?
We’re in network with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare, depending on the clinician. Each profile lists the plans that therapist takes. For other plans we provide a monthly superbill.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a monthly receipt with the codes your insurer needs. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, you can submit it for partial reimbursement.
Not sure where to start? Talk to us for 15 minutes.
Tell us a little about what you’re looking for and how you’ll pay. We’ll suggest a therapist who fits and set up a free call.
Free and no obligation. We reply within one business day. Please don’t include health details in your first message.
