Bower started with a simple frustration: finding a therapist took weeks of emails and voicemails. So we made the first step short, free and human, and kept everything else plain.

Prices in plain sight
Fees, insurance and the sliding scale are on the website, not hidden behind a form. Self-pay clients get a written estimate.

A note on reviews
Why you won’t see client reviews here
The ethics codes that guide therapists limit asking clients for testimonials, because it can put pressure on the people we care for. So we don’t ask, and we don’t post them.
Instead, each therapist explains how they work in their own words, lists their credentials and shows the insurance they take. The free call is the best way to find out if someone feels right.

Free two-hour street parking on Harbor Street. Paid garage on Pier Lane, a two-minute walk.
Step-free entrance and elevator to the third floor. Accessible restroom on every floor. Please tell us if you need anything else to make your visit easier.

Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm
Small private lot behind the building, plus free street parking after 6 pm.
Ground-floor offices with a ramp at the side entrance. The restroom is accessible. The quiet waiting room has seating with armrests.
