Trauma and loss

Grief and loss

The death of someone close, a pregnancy loss, or a loss other people don’t seem to see.

Approaches we use

Grief-informed therapy, meaning-centered therapy

What therapy can look like

General information, not medical advice. Your therapist will tailor the plan to you.

Grief doesn’t follow neat stages. It can come in waves, show up months later, or mix with relief, anger or guilt.

Therapy gives you space to remember, to say what you couldn’t say elsewhere and to find a way of carrying the loss that fits your life.

We also run a six-week grief group for people who’d like to talk with others going through something similar.
