What therapy can look like
General information, not medical advice. Your therapist will tailor the plan to you.
Teens often come in for stress, low mood, school pressure, friendships or big changes at home.
We meet with parents or caregivers at the start to agree how communication will work. What a teen shares stays private, except where safety requires otherwise. Your therapist will explain this clearly at the first session.
California has its own rules about when minors can consent to their own therapy. We’ll walk you through what applies to your family.
