Identity and life changes

LGBTQ+ identity

Affirming care for questions about identity, coming out, family and community.

Approaches we use

Affirming therapy, narrative therapy

What therapy can look like

General information, not medical advice. Your therapist will tailor the plan to you.

You shouldn’t have to educate your therapist about who you are. Our affirming clinicians have training and lived experience with LGBTQ+ clients.

Some people come to talk about identity itself. Others come for anxiety, relationships or work, and want a therapist who already understands their context.

We can also provide letters of support for gender-affirming care when that’s part of your plan.
